Guarding Angels

Now i am going to tell you sth that i've kept in my heart for a very very loooong time. I think I am guarded by the baking angel. Seriously-No-Kidding. I've always loved baking and nothing, nothing gives me more pleasure than baking, i can keep on browsing through the internet, hoop from blog to blog searching for recipes and never get tired of that, i always feel so comfortable in the kitchen, i am always so sure of what to do with the butter and flour and eggs and the sugar and the lemon zest, substituting ingedients that i think will work, i feel very confident in mixing all those stuffs together knowing that they will turn out ok and i'll know in advance if they don't, i just can feel it; i anticipate and most of the time, the outcomes were always quite satisfying. and really, there is nothing on earth that i love more than baking.

i am a little 'emotional' today, i wonder why, maybe it's the hormone again. i should be ovulating now so it has to be the surge of Lutein Homone. But anyway, these are some of my all time favourite goodies =)

you get what i mean now? am i blessed or what? i actually CAN bake. *broad smile* now i understand why i can't do everything else properly (e.g. DRIVE, not very photogenic,not very bright, not very sociable, not very adventurous and so much more). we just can't have it all, can we? honestly, i would have chosen to become a professional baker IF i am not doing med.

Apart from the baking angel, i think i am guarded by the 'best-people-in-your-life-angel' too. all my life, i am surrounded by awesome people, not many i have to admit, but there are always a few that just make my life so so so much better. i *heart* you people!
