Medical Ball

so med ball was today. i was so excited fo the past few days, seriosuly, i dunno why but i was so looking forward to the med ball. i've been doing a little bit of shopping on both monday and tuesday looking for my hair piece and some accessories that i can put on my plain black dress. the shopping went quite well and i managed to bought a set of classy necklace and earrings and a lacy gold ribbon fo my dress and feathery (o astro plate like) hair piece, obviosuly, to put on my hair. and after that, it came the tummies/ aunties/ pies' girlie sessions!!!

they are awesome!!!! ai ming did my make up, jess did my hair and my sis erm... well she took photos of us, she changed songs of he i tune, she slept for a while .... it took us an hour to have things done and i have to say that it was a TRANSFORMATION!!! i wouldn't look that great (ignore me if u dun think so :p) if it wasn't for them!!!! THANK YOU. I LOVE U GIRLS!!!

so i left house at 6.15 p.m., after taking LOADS of photos. (will dedicate another post to my pies because i dun have those photos with me now, ai ming has it and i think she probably is sleeping right now). i was to meet up with melissa, kelvin and PJ at college square before we went to flinders station, where a private train will fetch us to flemington race course, the venue where our ball was held at 7.00 p.m. SHARP. well, girls were given roses from PJ and kelvin (so nice of them ^^) BUT there was a situation, kelvin arived late, at around 6.40 p.m. and when we were in the lift, the guys forgot to bring the tickets ==". but well, this didn't matter because or cab arived late anyway. and the worse part was the wind!!! OMG it blew like mad and my hair piece was blown away!!!!! i din notice it until we reached flinder station. i was just at the edge of bursting into tears because we had just missed our train and i lost my hair piece!!!! it was disastrous!!!! luckily there was this florist at flinder so i bought a bouquet of bluish purple orchids to mend things up. and i have to say the florist had SAVED my life!!! phew... what an experience!

and yea, since the train which left at 7.00 was the ONLY train for the night, we went to the race course by cab!!! well, at least we were not very late :D

i dropped by mel's place and the first thing we did is taking photo :D u dun even have to think, pheyyee suggested it

after a bit of clumsiness, we made it to flemington race course and rachel, jacq and ai lynn were waiting for us ~~~ thanks people :D

what else do girls do at the ball? for jess maybe eat first but we took A LOT of photos before we even noticed than foods had been served! :p

the journey back from ball was AWFUL. there was like 450 ++ people in A train, and most of the people were aleady drunk and they sang like mad in the train when we were already being squashed like sardine ==" luckily i din suffocated =="

anyway, i din go to the after party so i came home alone. luckily sis and jess and ai ming picked me up from the tram stop or else i will be so dead!!! THANKS PIES.
