Baking Through My Journey As a Doctor to Be

ooo my ongoing baking spree =D last friday was my last day of work so, i am officially off the hook :D i can do whatever i want at home and that includes lots and lots of baking. peanutbutter pinwheel cookies. i am a big fan of nuts and i LOVE peanutbutter. thinking back, peanutbutter was the main culprit that made me the overweight kid when i was young. i had peanutbutter sandwich for my teabreak everday and my peanutbutter is literally as thick as the bread itself (so now you know why) but heck, i still love peanutbutter~~~

this was my second time trying out this recipe and thank god it turned out great this time =D i first tried it when our highschool friends came visit 2 weeks ago and we baked 4 different types of 'delicacies', don't be impressed, the outcome wasn't so good, our cookies swelled up in the oven o.O and i reckoned i overmixed the butter and sugar last time, so i learnt from my mistake there you go

apparently they are quite filling so i have 2 tub of these cookies left
