of cooking and fashion and MRI

and i never know these things can co-exist.

i came home late tonight and awaiting me in the kitchen was a box of defrost salt and vinegar chicken breast fingers and a sister, buried under a pile of blanket, sleeping soundly. I was not very hungry and was too exhausted to do my literature review so i decided to cook dinner instead.

but, u can turn it into something very presentable.

in 20 minutes

just boil some eggs

get some salad leaves (i am in my rocket leaves phase atm)

dice some roman tomato

then in the oven bake some whole mushrooms

and wrap a sweetcorn with some aluminium foil and chuck it into the oven

then gently stack the chicken fingers onto ur salad mix and VIOLA

dinner is ready!

and to make it perfect, dun over cook ur eggs, remember, moderation is good :)

and i like my egg yolk half cooked.

and i baked over the weekend too.

and people, these little devils are pretty awesome. not the best cupcakes but no doubt very addictive snacks.

okay, let's move on from the kitchen to sth else shall we.

we went to the Melbourne Spring Fashion Week last Friday

it was a fashion show

and i went because sis went

and sis went because jess went

and jess went because ai ming emailed us about it
u get the idea

the cat walk was not fantastic in my humble opinion

and the clothes were not fantastic either, but not doubt it was a different experience.

i was actually more excited about dinner after the fashion show than the show itself.

and of course it was a good night out with the girls!

and just in case u people out there think that i have turned into an absolute bimbo because i dun go to uni anymore, you are wrong.

yes i confess i have a new interest lately but no it's not fashion.

and people, this is an MRI of a Rathke's Cyst with water level

and this is a Schwannoma

and there is a 7mm microadenoma on this patient pituitary gland.

it starts to make more sense now and i am loving it :)
