of guilt and lemon and mom
i haven tried my hands on any new baking recipe for a while, and that made me guilty. as guilty as when i didn't do my work according to plans, which is exactly what's happening at this very moment. so an hour ago, i had this double guilt thingy going on, and that feeling sucked. and to make myself feel better, i have only two choices. one, i can work my ass off tyring to finish my literature review (which i should have started on Saturday but for no reason, i didn't) or secondly, i can bake. the first option consists of endless hours of dense-dry-heavy-interesting-but-neurones-slaughtering-readings. the second option however only requires some whisking-shifting-lemon-squeezing-zesting together with a bit of nice musics. either way i can strike away half the guilt - or so i thought. i dun have to say another word.
i love lemon.
i love the yellow
and i love the fresh-acidic-salivary-glands-stimulating scent that comes with it
(salivary glands = parotid + submandibular + sublingual) thought u might be interested :) i just googled this because my memory failed me again
and how it tingles you taste buds
and i like the crumbs and the oats that give me the depection that this is a healthy snack
and of course the distinct taste of brown sugar that counter the sourness
and the lemoney tartness

this babies are supposed to be served cold, but i think they are good eaten warm. maybe the cold version is better, but i dun think my teeth can handle it, sour and cold is not a very good combination for me. but i might change my mind.
